I guess Tallinn is only city in the eastern europe which has complete WIFI. Yes the entire city is has a free wifi service. Even shopping malls restaurts have their seperate wifi, which is for free.
not only this i travelled to tartu which is second biggest town in estonia. I was amased to see that even long distance buses have internet.
Morever I just read in the newspaper that now people in estonia would be alloweed to vote for the election via the mobile phone. This is really incredible.
So I think estonia is country which is only providing cheap labour force but also has IT to offer

i belive estonia will crave a different place for itself by the field of IT

Estonia is really firing great guns in IT.

Complete city TALLINN which the aptial of estonia has wirless internet that to for free. All the shopping malls and cafeterias have their seperate wifi for the customers for free.
Not only this even some long distances bus from Tallinn to Tartu which is second biggest city in estonia has wifi connection, so they even have internet in motion.

lately i just read in the newspaper that people from estonia can vote via mobile for the next elections ..this is really incredible.
