Die Gefahr der kommerziellen Profilerstellung durch Google sehe ich auf jeden Fall auch. Doch kann sich jeder einzelne durch kostenpflichtige Programme doch individuell schützen. Wenn dies nicht eigenverantwortlich passiert, kann man nur sagen: selber schuld.
